Unpaid Billing and Balance Due

If payment is not received within 5 days before the due date, your account will be automatically suspended, resulting in no public access to your server(s).

If payment is not received within 30 days after the due date, your account will be terminated, drives wiped, and further purchases denied until balance is resolved. There is a possibility of resorting to collection if payment is not received by the 30 days mark.
