On Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) we will be conducting a planned maintenance on the phoenixNAP Secured Server Network in the Phoenix data center. During this four-hour maintenance, we will be upgrading the Firmware on the Access router to which you are connected. Service disruptions of 5 Minutes per router is anticipated for the required reboot. Our Network Engineering Team will be taking all necessary precautions to mitigate any prolonged disruptions.
