On Tuesday, December 15 and Wednesday, December 16 we will be conducting maintenance on our PhoenixNAP Client Portal (PNCP). The scheduled times for each of these maintenance's is 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) / 9:00 – 15:00 CET.

During these time periods, it is likely you will experience intermittent connectivity to PNCP as the updates are implemented. Following the maintenance, you will see some great enhancements and additions to PNCP, including:

• Dedicated firewalls for bare metal servers, and management capabilities for them: you will be able to add a firewall to your servers without leaving the portal • Management functions for your active services: staying on top of your infrastructure will be easier than ever via filtering options to view items and links to service details pages • Enhancements to the PNCP interface: additional navigation items help to create a more streamlined and efficient experience
